Hi,

Apologies if this has been covered, I've searched and found some info but I'm still a little unsure.

I picked up my new 13 plate Fiesta Titanium X, which I believe has Ford Sync and Ford Sync Applications.

I can connect my phone via Bluetooth and I can make/receive calls and it seems to access my contacts okay via voice command.

However, If I select phone, I am presented with Call Log, Phonebook, redial etc.. But, I can not scroll through the options or select any of the options? The scroller definately works as I can navigate other options fine, clock or vehicle settings for example.

I have tried it with no phone connected but still can not navigate through the phone options, I have also noticed that if I select Menu, I can scroll and highlight both Ford Sync Setting and Ford Sync Aplictions but I can not select either. I have tried pushing right in the scroll pad and also selecting okay to no avail?

From the posts I have read already it has been suggested that I should pull the fuse for my Sycn but I am a little unsure about this?

Can anyone help me out? I've spoken to a Ford dealer, I gave them my VIN number and they said I don't require an update and that they would look at it for £45 ... Trying to avoid this if possible.

I have the Sony sound system btw, any advice or input welcome.
