Audio/navigation Unit Not Working

Featured Replies

Warning, complete Novice with repairs here!

Hi,

We have a Ford S-max 2010 titanium and switched on yesterday to find the radio and navigation unit wouldn't work either on the main display or on the drivers dash. I've checked in the manual and the only fuse related to this is the F6 15 amp audio system fuse on the central fuse box. I checked it and it seemed fine but bought a replacement anyway. Tried the replacement but still nothing turns on. Should it turn straight on if it is the fuse or do I need to reset somehow? If it isn't that fuse, are there any others it could be please? I've gone through them all and I can't see anything else marked audio or navigation.

Thanks in advance and apologies if I've missed any important information!

check the fuse at the back of the stereo
