Kuga No Radio Or Reversing Camera When Car Is Cold?

When the car is cold, but only in the winter below 10 degrees, the radio goes on and off, and screen goes black, also the reversing camera won't work. Once the car has warmed up, everything works! It has been in two or three times to the dealership but no success.

Has anyone experienced similar problems?

I would welcome any comments or feedback.
