You may have noticed I'm new and a bit paranoid about not having a spare wheel.

I understand Ford don't supply a space saver and am considering buying a second hand wheel to carry instead, even though it will be inconvenient.

What solution have longer term owners resolved to.

Has anyone had a puncture and called their breakdown service. Do they repair the tyre or just squirt in the latex fluid (destroying the tyre)

    Yep got my eye on a spare wheel, but not sure about using space savers from other cars because of any loading issues. Did you buy a spare wheel or have you resolved to take a chance with the latex?

    You can buy either a space saver or alloy wheel made for your specific car - we bought a genuine Ford alloy for our old Fiesta ST 2 - but could have gone down the steel space saver route
