    Must have a look at that,i had a good deal at currys the other day on a i7.

    I got myself an asus X555LA - a fantastic laptop for a cheap price, though this was through Very and not at Christmas, but I got it at a good price of about £300

    Mine was a HP i7 with 2 tig HDD and AC wifi what i needed so i get 107meg on a upto 1meg connection on wifi.

    I've ordered a Lenovo G50. i5. It should be good enough for my needs.

    Some good deals out there and Amazon was the first place I looked.

    Waited indoors for the laptop to be delivered by Amazon Logistics. Checked the tracking approx 4-45 and it said delivery failed. No one in. Delivery resheduled for tomorrow.

    I phoned Amazon and cancelled the order. The driver perhaps went to the wrong door. Amazon were very good and cancelled the order immediately, and will refund me, even though it hasn't gone out of my bank.

    So now I'm on the lookout once more.

    Ended up at John Lewis. Bought a Lenovo Z51 i7 full HD. Just getting it sorted.
