Hi all having a problem with the radio this morning. We have a 62 plate s-max worked perfect yesterday when out and about. This morning came to it am started it radio is playing but the unit has no lights on and is not responsive at all. Pretty annoyed as the car only went out of warranty end of September. Any tips. Hoping its going to work after a power off. It's not a high model a pretty basic one so we don't have a USB port so not sure how we do software updates if that is needed. Any assistance is much appreciated as we love our s-Max. We do have the Bluetooth system in the car.
