How much should AC refresh cost

I've had a letter through from Ford and I'm wondering if it's good value or not. So how much should let's say a full valet, 30 point check and AC refresh cost me? Ford are quoting  £29.99...

    What's their definition of a refresh?

    It costs £50 + VAT for a proper leak test and regas from my local dealer.

    30 point check is free anyway. So basically its a valet( probably only a wash, VAC , and bit of dash dressing for £30.
