h7 upgrade bulbs

hi there came across this forum whilst i was browsing the internet.  I have a fiesta 1.25 zetec 2012 and looking to upgrade my dipped beam bulbs.  Have i got to use halogen or can i change to xenon bulbs any help is appreciated

If you have Projector headlights you can fit HIDs. if you don't, you can't

be a little careful tho man, i had some aftermarket projector lights that couldn't take HID's because the heat from them would melt that glass. I dont know about stock ones though
