I am reluctantly looking to replace my trusty old Mk5 Fiesta out of necessity, due to MOT failure. I would like to get a Mk 6 Fiesta, but don`t want ABS due to the hassle and worry about the dreaded and expensive to fix ABS warning light on the dashboard. Are there any early models that did not come with ABS?

    I'm afraid the MK6 has ABS as standard, so your only option would be to pull the fuse which would result in the light in the dash.

    I hate anti-lock brakes myself, their only benefit is to those who cannot drive properly or adjust braking style to road conditions.
