HOW MUCH!!!!! Is it worth it?

Well, considering the Interior Pack 2 is £300 (£250 on Titaniums cos they already have the interior mats), then it breaks down as approximately:

• £65 Illuminated knob
  
• £50 Interior mats
  
• £185 for the Illuminated Sills and handbrake cover
  

I think I'd rather just buy the interior mats from http://www.fordpartsuk.com/ (about £20) and the knob for £65 and not pay the equivalent of £185 for the sills and handbrake cover when bought as the Interior Pack 2 :D

Now all I need is the FINIS (part no.) for the gearknob and that How-To guide that was promised earlier

Is that £65 from a local ford dealer? 86.75EUR on that website, including vat/tax (do we pay that if bought from Europe?)

65's alot for a knob even if it does have a red glow to it..

I wouldn't have thought so. The installation guide will probably entail wiring up the lights with the existing circuit for dashboard lights. I looked it up as a save money later on type option when buying the car, and decided it wasn't worth the hassle of installing myself, so added it as an extra. It's a shame that they don't allow you to look at the installation instructions before purchasing so you can see exactly what is required

I would imagine a dealer might be kitted out to fit them retrospectively. It is well worth asking, you might even get a discount if you return to the dealer you purchased your car through

my dealer wants £72 for knob and £90 to fit it,and guess what the scuff plates are £237 i did not ask how much it was t fit them i just fainted..

We just got delivered today and now in our showroom a Fiesta with Interior Pack 2 (Light up gear knob scuff pltes and individual hand break cover) also fitted with the new Bluetooth USB and Mobile Navigation

Everyone loves the Scuff plates. the gear knob only lights up when Lights are on

I wanted the intrior pack but it seemed to be one more thing to hold up the delivery of the car so I decided against it!

My thoughts - it's £325 for some lighty-uppy things, handbrake cover and floor mats :P

Cheers Fordpartsman, I'll let you know about that as it'll depend on the build time if I add on the interior pack, as I have heard adding the interior pack 2 can add on lengthy amounts of time to the build..but shall wait and see..
