My first ever car was a 1972 MK1 Escort. Loved it to bits.

I now drive an aging Mk1 Focus (54 plate). 181000 on the clock and still going.

Next car, when I can afford it, will be a Mk3.5 1.0 125 Zetec Focus.

Wish I could get it in the green of my current Focus!

You could always respray it, but economically it probably couldn't be justified
