94 Ford F-150 5.8L engine error code 538 help?

Update: this is what i got after running test what does it mean and how do i fix 

error 538 
Insufficient RPM change 
during Dynamic Response 
Test (Engine Run Self- 
Test). 
or, 
Invalid cylinder balance test 
– throttle position 
movement. 
or, 
Invalid cylinder balance test 
– cylinder identification 
problems.

The error relates to the WOT, did you floor the accelerator pedal as its looking for a rpm increase over 2000 rpm when the pedal is floored.
