I had 2 Dunlops fitted last week at Halfords (there's a promotion with Amazon vouchers). I was very pleased with the service I recieved, they didn't mark my alloys and didn't break my tyre pressure sensors, unlike the ford dealership which fitted the last ones.

    My Zetec is fitted with tyre pressure sensors. They are a plastic box attached to the valve inside the wheel. They wirelessly connect to the car electronics and warn when the pressure drops below a certain amount. When I bought my car the Ford dealer had just fitted new front tyres (14000 miles) and had broken one in the process.

    the guy at Halfords said it was quite common if you don't know what your doing, you must have valve at top as bottom of tyre flips off rim first and breaks sensor off.
