hi all

new to the site

i have  a problem with my wife's car. the car has been stood for two years. just trying to get it mot'ed. i have performed a basic service and charged the battery and put new fuel in the tank ( i ran i down before storage). the car refuses to start. i removed one of the plugs to see if i had a spark, turned over the car and it fired up no problems ( a little loud) but ticked over no problems at all. i put the plug back in, obviously think the fault was cured and it refused to start again, i removed the plug turned over no problems. Any ideas?
