Hi guys

 

just want some info on the location on the pcv valve.

anyone know on the 1.6 ecoboost petrol where it is

ive attached some photos on where is think it could be

 

any help appreciated

    Think I've found it. Very sludgy and oily inside, I'm guessing that's the valve, does it just pull out with some pliers and the new one goes in. 

     

    I wanna test the old one first with the shake test as it should rattle and if it doesn't it needs changing

    Thats the brake vacuum the pcv valve as far as i am aware is below the inlet manifold between cyl 2&3

    Did anyone actually confirm where the PCV valve is ?

    The pcv valve is inside the rocker cover , the long corrugated hose from inlet to rear of rocker cover , so rocker cover has to come off to get to it
