Probably a stupid question. I know most companies will only quote you up to a month in advance. Was just wondering if anyone knew of any companies that could quote a few months in advance, I'm getting a new car in September/October and wondering if I could get a quote now. 

They will all only 'guarantee' the quote for a month as the prices go and down so often.

But you could always 'tweak' the quote if you're doing it online to get a rough idea, add on a years No Claims or whatever?

Yea I've done that, my only worry is like you said the price goes up and down so often for God knows what reason. I expected a month is all I could get. 

It depends on the insurer. Most are only 30 days, but some do up to 60.

Do you know of any particular insurers who can do up to 60?

Thanks, it actually turned out to be the second cheapest quote, last year I got a quote earlier than renewal and at renewal date it had almost doubled so if that happens again at least I have this quote that's valid for the next 60 days to fall back on.
