Hi My focus ic dips down and comes back up and my main lights flash when I start it and car also runs ok until I stop in traffic for like a minute then it cuts out sometimes it starts straight back up and most time it's like batteries gone flat I think battery is ok because it never fails to start in a morning ..will this be instrument cluster if so how much isit to repair and anyone know a place in or around chesterfield I can take it any help would be appreciated
