The worst thing about this is the driver is probably a disable driver with blue badge! Yes I am sorry to say it does happen.

Urmmm, not sure how to respond to this... People actually park like this?? There's a few in the carpark where I work but not as bad as this.

Tbh there might well be a valid reason to park like that, well back when the pic was showing anyhow lol, to get a wheelchair out the boot and wheelchair user out of the car for instance
