Hi I have a focus s 2009 facelift model and I want to retro fit power folding mirrors , has anyone come across a decent guide for this , some say it's a tough job others say facelift model is a case of getting the parts and fitting , another question is I see there is a switch by the inner door handle and an extra symbol on the mirror adjustment switch was wondering what switch does what .

  Any info would be really helpful

That extra switch on the mirror adjuster is to pull your mirrors in whilst you're in the car, for sake of narrow gaps and the like. The other direction arrows are self explanatory

If its by the drivers doors handle it could be the switch for turning off the internal movement sensor of the alarm system if you  leave the dog in the car whilst you pop into a shop etc

nope , up until 2009 the powerfold mirror switch actually was located in the trim panel around the drivers door handle , moved onto the glass adjustment switch from 2010.....
