Hey just wondering if any one else has this problem or knows a solution I've got 14 pl8 festia 3dr

the raido doesn't turn on when I ten the car over, my phone will connect, the only way I get it to work is by driving down the road then stopping turning engine off then back on And it will work if it doesn't work at that point I open door n close it n turn off n back on any one know what's going on?  This is the second ford that I've had this problem with,  I've also wired 1200w sub in to back speakers but the problem was there before that, my car today wouldn't turn back on after turning it off today, had to wait 15min then it worked again.

if any one can help would be much appreciate :)
