Soggy carpets!

Featured Replies

Hi all, has anyone any idea where air con evaporate should drain to on 2014 fiesta eco boost. Mine is currently draining into the carpet!, Help!!

Firstly, Hello and welcome Adrian

Your air con should certainly not drain into your car, It should just drain externally under the car. You often see a puddle when parked up[ after a run if you have been using the air con.

It may well be dripping on to something like a cable entering through the bulk head. Next time you run the air con and then park up try and see where evaporation is draining from and too. If it is hitting anything and entering the car, you should see evidence of this such as water marks/staining. Better if you could get the car up on a ramp so you could see better. Your local garage might have a quick look for you if you ask nice.
