Do you mean there is oil leaking out of the actual engine mount?

Have you tried cleaning it to make sure that it is not a spill from earlier?

These engine mounts do sometimes fail at around 10 years, but they are not too expensive or difficult to replace.

See http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-C-Max-Focus-VOLVO-C30-V50-S40-FRONT-UPPER-RIGHT-ENGINE-MOUNTING-/262552185173?fits=Car+Make%3AFord|Model%3AFocus|Cars+Year%3A2007|Plat_Gen%3AMK+II|Cars+Type%3A1.6+TDCi&hash=item3d21546955:g:kekAAOSwaB5Xm4eG

The failure is quite slow. If there is no visible movement at the mount when rocking the engine by hand, or unusual vibration or movement with the engine running, I might leave till the next service or convenient time.
