wheel change for mk 6 fiesta

Hi i want to change over a set of wheels does it matter what size on the fiestas

just got a 05 fiesta 1.4 tdci as my 03 fiesta got written off by a another car rear ending me.

i put new tyres on the old 03 model fiesta so want to change them before i scrap the car

I have the standard 16" alloys on my 2007 Ford Fiesta Zetec S and I quite like them so I doubt I'll replace them.. If anything, I want to get a new set in better condition or pay to get them refurbed as the previous owner curbed them and one is bad lol

 

If I was you, I would stick to the same size that came on the car so you can keep the same setup with rim size and tyre size but if you were to change this, only go up in size by 1 inch and make sure the tyres you get for the bigger rims fit perfectly in the wheel arch and still look like they should match the car!
