Hi All. Does anyone have the crank TDC timing pin for a focus tdci 2004?,I need the measurement from the shoulder at the threaded end to the tip of the pin. I am in the middle of changing the camshaft / diesel pump belt and the two pins in the kit I ordered are not for my model, one is too long and stops the crank before tdc and the other is too short, I want to cut the longer one down to set the correct tdc thanks Pete

PS I think the ford part number is  303-193

    47mm.

    From Haynes (no 100% guarantee, then!), tool 303-193 can be simulated by a piece of M10 threaded rod, turned down to 8mm dia at the end. and is 47mm from the end to the underside of the nut used as a shoulder.
