Focus CC3 roof not working

Featured Replies

Would anyone be able to help with any information they have, or where I could find a wiring diagram to figure out why the roof has stopped working.  I cannot hear any motors when depressing the button.  Also, the rear window demister has stopped working too and the two buttons are next to each other, odd!

It's a 2.0l TDCi CC3 Duratorq 2007 - if that makes any difference.

(as you can probably tell I'm new to all this)

Many thanks

Hi,

First check F100 in the passenger fusebox. (F70 in the older style fusebox.) It powers the heated window indicators on the switches, and the sunroof module (so maybe also the CC3 roof module).

For a full (132 page!) wiring diagram, see:

This does not cover the CC3 in any detail, I am assuming the sunroof control location & wiring has been largely re-used for the CC3 roof. It seems pretty accurate for the Mk2 Focus, even though dated 2010.

Hello CC3 Owners, I have a question; The roof on my Wife's CC3 will go, what appears to be,  all the way down - i.e open but,  the dash indicator states roof operation not complete and if you attempt to drive it an alarm goes off.

Any ideas, solutions gratefully appreciated.

Thanks,

Ian.
