Hello people, 

Looking for a little help I brought a new mustang gt at the end of feb on the 6th july the engine gave up with 4000miles on it 

This has now been with ford on a ramp for 14 weeks with a call today telling me it us now going to be at least december when I get ut back this will be 6 months from the breakdown due to no parts and the uk and fords internal politics

Thiis is a warranty job however I have now requested that fire either replace the car or refund this they have refused to do saying its, a, dealer issue

Has anybody got any contacts higher up than ford crc as they have hardley done anything for 14 weeks to help other than destroy my dream car experience

This has been an absolute nightmare on fords behalf and I can't see a way forward

Any help would be appreciated as I gave nowhere to turn now
