Intermittent heated seats fiesta 2013 titanium

Featured Replies

Hi the heated seats in our 2013 ( march) fiesta seem to come on when switched then go off and on thereafter randomly! No heat setting just a on off switch on side of seat . Dealer says working ok !!? Is this correct ? On other cars we have had heated seats in they are temp controlled by a thumb wheel i.e. 1-6  .

any comments or help please if this correct or maybe a fault ?

thanks

well yes , they are pre set to a certain temp as the switch has no variable heat settings

so it turns on and off by means of a thermostat  when left switched on otherwise burnt a.R.$.e.

so long as theyre heating up to a comfortable level then they are working ok
