Hi after some techinal advice ,done a quick search on google but still no luck ,

my keyfob for central locking as stopped working, done the obvious and changed battery in fob ,but no luck , been reading some other forums and they state turn ignition 0-2 position 4 times quickly and reset the fob ,but mine doesnt do anything , 

dilemma being i can only open the boot via the double click of the keyfob ,so cant access the boot , being a estate version i can go through back seats , So would like to know how to operate boot by pushing button ,never been problem as got use to opening via fob ,but now is a right pain any help much appreciated

1. Turn Ignition to II, then turn ignition from II to I and back 4 times within 3 seconds.

2. The PATS LED on the dash should illuminate with a solid light, on some a  tone may also sound.

3. Turn Ignition to 0. Then press Unlock button and keep it pressed until the PATS LED starts to flash again.

4. Turn Ignition to II, then back to 0 to end.

I can confirm this works as well, i've tried half a dozen different combinations of this from other forums and youtube videos and was starting to loose the faith. Thank you Stoney871.

i got an audible beep after doing the four turns, then another after holding the unlock down. Then hazzards flashed and BINGO
