Hi all. New to the forum. Have a 65 plate Fiesta Titanium 1.0L Ecoboost and over the last few days it has been making a definite 'squelch' rather than a squeak over bumps, more so the tabletop speed humps.

Recently serviced at Benfield Ford and all fine, under 10k on the clock and the same speed bumps I have always driven over even in previous older cars.

Just wondered if anybody has experienced a similar noise and any ideas before I painstakingly take it in again. Cheers!

not to sure but having experience with mountain bikes my shocks got water in and still have (cba to change them haha), putting two and two together maybe your shock absorber's have got water inside as my bike squelches when i hit bumps, maybe someone can expand on this as its not a definite answer.

Yes we have the same problem with the suspension creaking / squelch noise on our 64 plate fiesta titanium x 1.1 eco boost which as done just over 13000 miles but it only seems to do it in the wet or damp conditions. I also drive 2 works ford fiesta's which a 61 plate and a 62 plate and both cars have the same problem. Our fiesta is having its 2nd service at the end of December and I will get the suspension checked as the wife is nagging me about the noise.
