HI all. i have a 2002 Fiesta and the heater matrix only works on speed 4, i noticed this the other night when i was driving and the temp light came on and it seamed like it was starting to over heat so i turned it off left the car for 10 mins, started up again and its fine, just wondering if the matrix has gone as the fuse is fine?

    it could well be the matrix resistor that has gone. I think I read somewhere about this issue on this forum. So try a search and see what comes up.
