Hi all,

I'm looking for some general advice WRT my 2008 Ford Focus MKII 1.6 (petrol) Zetec.

I'm thinking of doing some simple mods to try and eek out a little more performance. Does anyone have some tips about either a drop in performance cotton air filter vs say an induction kit? I'm not sure where the AMF sensor is so this may limit my options anyway. Also, I was thinking of changing to twin-spark / quad-spark spark plugs. Are these worth it and do they make any performance difference?
