Cheers not sure how low to go don't want to have any issues 

I would check around what others have done, might just need a mild -20mm drop and it would be spot on, just make sure you also get everything aligned again when its been lowered.

just about to say the same - any Ford dealer can fit these for you, however, id ring about and look into either PumaSpeed/Demon Tweaks etc for a lower price - even buying them yourself for an indy to fit them. - make sure the fitter torques them up AFTER the car has been returned to the ground and supporting its own weight, otherwise it wont settle properly.
