Ringing sound in dash like a alarm

I hav a 2006 focus and today on start up and turning it off they is a alarm like a ringing sound comeing from the drivers side dash bored were the light switch is . I need some help know what this is as im thinking it maybe to do with the immoblizer bitcim not sure

    The lights are of etc its sound like a old phone ringing .. and its loud ive checked everything but still doing it
