Well, it's been 8 long weeks since my new Ford Edge went in for repair after being hit by a taxi while my Edge was parked. 

8 WEEKS!!! WTF??? 

Im sorry but this is totally unacceptable by Ford, a global company!! 

Mr Ford if you are reading this, where are my parts??? 

It cant be that difficult surely?? Put them on a god damn plane! Geez, I'll pay the cost if it helps! 

Can anyone at Ford help me out here?? 

I'm losing my will to live here!
