Car making Odd beep sound after battery change

Had my battery replaced By a dealership and after it was done, it started to make this sound.  It has never made this sound before.  And as far am I'm aware it has no alarm system installed.   the sound seems as if it coming from the dash.    Could it be that the chip in my key just needs to be re-synced to the car? And for the time being its allowing non-chip keys (or un-synced chip keys) to work?    I have already setup a day to have them look at it, (hopefully it wont cost anything as they are sort of  the ones that caused it) But id still would like to know that it could be, to possibly lead them to the cause. 

Its a Ford Focus 07
