Ford focus 2005 1.6 petrol

Hi all 

I'm looking for some help I have a focus 2005 1.6 petrol

 from the header tank I have 2 pipes one to the engine and 1 to radiator does it matter which way round they go

I can not see it makes any real difference. I think all the Focus tanks are the same, I have a spare one here, and both the small entries are virtually the same, to the top of the tank. They are air vent pipes.

One is a few mm higher, I would pipe the radiator pipe to that one, to reduce the amount of flow from engine to radiator that could bypass the closed thermostat and slow down the engine warm-up time.

Many thanks for the reply I didnt think it made a difference just someone told me it did so I was starting to believe I was wrong
