Radio/cd 6006E not working

Ford Focus 2003 estate with CD/radio 6006E.

Have just had to change my battery and have reset the radio with my code.  The CD works perfectly but the radio part does not work, although the pre-set channels are displayed.   Has anyone any ideas on the problem or how to resolve it.?

    Try disconnecting it again and reentering the code. Probably thrown a wobbly during the process.

    mcbutler..    Have disconnected/reconnected battery three times and entered my code but the situation has not resolved.

    Thanks for your previous advice, any other tips that may assist would be welcome.
