Hello forum ford experts, I am new at the Ford forum and my car was built for Ford in the 70's by De Tomaso, using many

Ford manufactured parts.

 

I am looking for help regarding the steering column top bush and the way the turn signal lever is cancelled.

The top bush is held in place by a spring beneath the red cancelling bracket, but I would be grateful for help in this department.

The column bearings are from either a MK1 or 2 Escort, the car is a Pantera.

Plus the top bearing is dear at £39 ouch.
