Hesitating and juddering between 2000 & 2400 rpm, only when sitting at constant speed. Acceleration seems fine no problems. Problem has gradually got worse since end of January, from occurring for only a few seconds to been continuous until I accelerate out of the rpm range.  A Ford garage spent a whole day checking the car and we're none the wiser. I am now 99 percent sure that the problem is also related to the outside temperature, when above 10 degrees celcius the hesitating/juddering is continuous.  Help please the car is no longer drivable on motorway between 110/140 kmph.
