Hardwire dashcam

Hi all I'm going to be fitting a dash cam this weekend and wanted know what fuse is best to use to hardwire a dash cam as I want the cam to turn on when the ignition does and also the best place to earth it? Thanks. focus mk2 2006 lx



Fuse 78 in the footwell board (rear wiper supply) and earth to any body mounted bolt/screw.

Brilliant thanks. Is there a screw/bolt near the fuse box do u no? Trying save as much time as possible as I've got other jobs on the car to do. Many thanks

Just use one of the mounting points for the fusebox bracket itself.
