Paint

Featured Replies

Hi all, I've recently just bought a Ford Fiesta zetec s. And the problem that I have is the owners before me have decided to paint the entire car with hammerite paint.. this being that it looks so bad! 😂 Rather than getting a full respray costing hundreds. Would there be a way to just strip the paint and not the actual car paint?!

Yuk! that sounds a right mess and unfortunately i'm not sure theirs a way of stripping the hammerite off without destroying the original paint unless any one on here has had a similar issue which they've manged to resolve ..

Seriously? What where they thinking? I can't imagine there are any ways of stripping a single layer of paint without damaging the one below..

im interested to see what this actually looks like.

that's the only photo I have of it that shows the paint to be honest 😂 It's the fact that some parts are sprayed and some parts are done with a roller 😳

The photo won't send for some reason but in all honestly I can probably live with it for the time being 😂😂
