mot time - small/big service?

I have a Ford Zetec Climate 1242cc 08 with the electronic package.  On average I have done 2132 miles per year, but in 2014 did 1673, 2015 - 1693, 2016 - 1734 and this last year 1412 so not doing much mileage at all.  I had a small service in 2009, a big service in 2010, a big service in 2012, 2 new tyres in 2013 at 12683 miles - which I didnt understand!  A big service in 2014.  In 2015 I just had the mot and in 2016 had an oil change/filter.  In January this year I had a new battery.

So the question is, if anyone can help please, do I have a service, a small or big or have an mot and just the oil change/filter again.  I am not planning on going on any long journeys.  Obviously I want to look after my car and keep it for as long as I can because I cant see myself being able to buy another new car due to my change in circumstances.  I want to do the right thing but not spend unnecessarily on something that I dont need.

Appreciate any help and thanks in advance.
