Hi all,

I'm awaiting delivery of a New Ford Edge and I'm now getting the feeling the dealer is giving me the run around. I know the car was built 21-11-2016  last year and let the US Dec 2016 and was cleared out of Zebrugge Jan 2017 (i assume to the UK as its RHD), all done via ETis, window sticker info and shipping company website using the VIN number. But after that the trail goes cold, it was supposed to arrive at the dealer last week, confirmed by the sales man and the sales manager on more than one occasion. but they still 'are unable to confirm a firm delivery date'

 

Does anybody have an insight into the UK side of the process or a weblink to check against?

All help appreciated

    Ask them for a print out of the order status page, it should tell you exactly where it is.

    If they won't, then they are trying to hide something.
