Bluetooth and Aux not working

help

i have a ford fiesta zetec 2009 and my aux and bluetooth are not working, i have done the fuse check and disconnected the battery however still nothing. I have spoken to Ford and they have said that to look at my car will cost £150+ and then they think the problem is the Bluetooth Module which will need replacing at the cost of £500. Has any one else had these problems? changed the module?
