Whinning or spinning noise

Recently been getting a whinning/spinning noise more from the driver side on accelaration and worse on deaccelaration. Also a high pitch whistle.

Spraying cleaner through egr side, it clears right up for few mile then gradually starts again.

Pleased am getting shot of the car end of month but need it issue free to sell.

Dont suspect any split pipes because of it easing through egr spray.

Can i spray turbo cleaner via turbo side through induction incase any crap in turbo. Had terraclean done again but never helped my issues.

    Have the same issue. Did you manage to make it stop? What was the problem?
