Audio problem

Featured Replies

Hello all , I'm new to the site , firstly I like to join forums in relations to the vehicles we have as find them a great source of info ..

we've  just bought a 2008 focus 1.8 zetec climate for our son ..it's a one owner with full main dealer history and quite a nice clean car ..however , we noticed yesterday when setting up the audio that the rear speakers have no output ..I've tried messing with the fade control and balance but no luck ... there's no sound at all from the unit is a 6000 cd ..

ive searched the web , and see this may be a common fault ????

Ive just now , removed the head unit , unplugged it all and reinstalled it and re entered code to see if that would make any difference but nothing ..also done this speaker test ...only tones from front ...

any ideas what could be the prob .

many thanks
