Hello everyone. Everything at once, redoing my house, new job and now broken car.  This spring my focus died on me going down the road at 100 km/h. After a couple of cranks the car started but died, keept on trying and i was able to drive the car to a mechanics that changed the fuelfilter and EGR valve. After i picked up the car it felt like something is regulating on/off/on/off with aprox one sec interval while driving. Unplugged the MAF and the car drove 100% perfect. Until now, the turbo started screaming last week. Bought a new MAF and fitted. Turbo still screams and The on/off/on/off returned.... Disconnected the battery and reconnected, now the turbo does bot scream but the car was realy slow. Checked for fault codes and found P0490 egr throttle position control unit high input. P042F exhaust gas recirculation control stucked closed. P0113 intake air temperature IAT circuit high input. P0102 mass or volume airflow MAF circuit low input. ( MAF code probably from me unplugging it) 

Ereased these codes and now the turbo screams, on/off/on/off regulation returned. When i unplug the MAF the on/off/on/off dissaperes but the turbo screams. The car runs as usual.

Does anyone have an idea? Running low on money :'-()

    Update. When i unplugg the electrical connection at the EGR valve the on/off/on/off dissaperes, turbo screams . The car felt realy slow tho..
