Interior lights/12v fuse

Featured Replies

Right after alot of arseing around this morning trying to replace the fuse does anyone know what fuse should be there and is the manual really hopeless ? This is on a mk8 custom

1st off the manual didn t state there's 4 fuse boxes only 3 and it said the location of the fuse was 47/48 and a 20amp fuse,

After alot of swearing and cut arms managed to locate the offending blown fuse in f25 on the left-hand side box on the drivers side (according to the manual is unused location ) and it was rated at 7.5 not 20.

So has anyone else had similar problems and what is the correct fuse to put in ?.

fuse 25 is 7.5 amp . thats the input voltage for the auxillary powerpoint relay that energises this relay. the main power then for the various 12v sockets are separatly fused at 20amp.
