DAB radio not working

Hi 

I had one of the problem. My DAB radio working but there are "no audio" massage comes up. No channel come up. No sound come up. Please advise for me.

    Only real way is to pull the radio forward and see if the DAB aerial is plugged in.

    ~Has the unit ever worked or have you just purchased the car?
    ~Does the audio work if you are making a call.
    ~Does it work if you stream music from your phone?

    I'd start by removing the head unit and checking the wires are all where they should be.
