Hi im leanne, how do I stop these plastic panels leaking water into my boot? It does this on both side.

    They're there to allow air to flow so when you slam the tailgate the sudden rise in air pressure doesn't blow then windows out.

     

    In reality thats a bit OTT.  You can try and get it sorted under warranty, but the dealer can't do much about poor design.  Alternatively you can remove them and use Sikaflex to bond a plastic or alloy plate over them, ideally from the outside.
